Ann was inspired to return to school for clinical training while working as an instructor in a public alternative school. She was driven by the clarity that many students and families really needed trained support, but needed assistance in finding it.
People of all ages have many strengths, and it is Ann’s belief that people can create the change they want in their lives with knowledgeable help. She has training in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
