I earned a Masters of Science Counseling from the University of Great Falls in Great Falls, Montana. My experience is vast and includes adults, adolescents, and family. I am an LMHC and CDP.
My interest in psychology stems from years of therapy myself. I found a passion when I was young, helping others as a direct result of the counselors I had growing up and as an adult. It was this and raising my own children while struggling to become what I had most always dreamed of that drove me. I am intrigued by how the family system functions. It is through my desire to understand the functioning of a family system, where the history of a family and individuals allows for success in the partnership of change. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. I enjoy long walks on the beach. I love spending as much time as I can with my dog, Winter.
