I am a Psychology intern, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and also a doctoral student enrolled in the Psy.D. Counseling Psychology program at Northwest University. Prior to this, I achieved a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of the Virgin Islands. My experience includes working with the incarcerated male population, and adolescents in residential settings, for which I have provided individual, group, and ABA therapy; as well as conducting psychological and ABA evaluations.
My counseling style integrates research-supported techniques and takes into account the individual’s culture, values, and beliefs. As a team, we create goals for therapy, and at your pace, we find ways to achieve them. I hope through our time working together, I am able to help you feel empowered and provide the tools needed to overcome life’s challenges.
