Ferlicia Fergusson

I help individuals obtain an understanding about who they are, the confidence to live their lives, and the strength to evolve into the person they would like to become. My name is Ferlicia, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and currently the Director of Clinical Services at Sandbox Therapy Group. I attend Northwest University, where I am enrolled as a  doctoral student enrolled in their Psy.D. Counseling Psychology program. Prior to this, I achieved a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of the Virgin Islands.

My experience includes working with the incarcerated male population, and adolescents in residential settings. I also have experience with providing  individual, group, and ABA therapy; as well as conducting psychological and ABA evaluations. My counseling style integrates research-supported techniques and takes into account the individual’s culture, values, and beliefs.

As a team, we create goals for therapy, and at your pace, we find ways to achieve them. I hope through our time working together, I am able to help you feel empowered and provide the tools needed to overcome life’s challenges.
