I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Seattle University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Montana. I have been working in the field for ten years and have focused much of my work on children, adolescents, and young adults. I am honored to be a support person and advocate for my clients and to bear witness to growth and development. I believe every person holds within them the potential for full, human growth and respect that it will look different for each individual. I offer a holistic approach to therapy, considering the mind, body, spirit, culture, and environment.
A little bit more about me, I also provide supervision to Associate level therapists at Sandbox Therapy Group. I was fortunate enough to have many great mentors on my journey and enjoy being able to give back to the profession by guiding newer therapists. In my free time, I love hiking, yoga, hula hooping, and being outside in general.
