I attained my Masters in Counseling from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. My training focused primarily on Psychodynamic/relational therapy, and trauma recovery. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have past experience, having worked with people in community mental health and in small private practice settings.
I believe that many of our struggles are rooted and healed in relationships that can include: family, friends, and therapists. In my spare time I enjoy anything soccer, hiking, reading a good book, and going on adventures with my husband, kids, and grandkids.
