Pronouns: he/him, they/them

No matter what age we are, sometimes we feel and think we are lost or stuck. During these times, we often struggle with what we should do to find our way or unstick ourselves from a situation. We often confuse our thoughts with our feelings in our struggles creating pain inside ourselves and between ourselves and others. I believe therapy is the process of helping understand our thoughts and feelings in a way that makes them not just manageable but tools for enriching ourselves and our relationships.

I encourage anyone seeking understanding of themselves or their situation to take the time to consider working with me. Together we can build a map that helps you understand where you are and see how to get to the place you want to be. I could use flashy phrases like “finding your true authentic self” or “healing through the power of self-awareness.” However, we are all just humans trying to be good humans. There is power and pride in that struggle.

I have worked as a mental health advocate for 7 years in the Seattle area. I enjoy the communities and cultures that are present in such a diverse population. I know the struggles that come with being diverse. I have intentionally worked for homeless youth, in-patient youth and their families, child protective services, emergency services, as well as engaged in private practice with people of all backgrounds in order to build skills to be of service to my community. So, if you feel you are struggling, please let me be of service.
