Lauren Wilde

We spend a lifetime learning how to exist in the world. Under the best of circumstances, those lessons uphold the dignity inherent to each of us. Instead, the voices of others tell us who we are. I will work with you to identify what beliefs you hold about yourself and where they come from. Our work together moves you toward the possibility of living out the truth of your experience, making choices that come from your values, and reclaiming your power.

I believe deeply that you are the authority on your life and experience. Much of my work is with women, learning how to notice and trust your instinct. My specialties are women’s issues, religious harm, and life transitions. I primarily use relational narrative therapy, with close attention to how trauma impacts our bodies, to offer practical and emotional skills to support you through the process of change..

Harm occurs through relationship – so does healing. It takes time, kindness, and creativity to develop new ways of existing and relating. If you think we might be a good fit please reach out. I look forward to being with you.
