Margarita holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with specialization in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Margarita provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relational issues.
In her private counseling practice, she has gained significant experience working with people of various ages and backgrounds. In her professional life, Margarita wishes to engage both in private counseling and academic work. As a specialist, she is sure that working with a family or a child requires, not working with the individual only, but addressing the whole system, which necessitates that every parent undergo the parenting training program, which she and her colleagues develop outside of their practice hours. She has conducted a theoretical and practical study on how the trauma of PTSD experienced in childhood affects the inner and interpersonal relationships in adulthood (attachment style).
She is proficient in three languages – English, Russian, and Armenian.
In her leisure time, she enjoys activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, and traveling.
