Melissa Cope obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from West Virginia University. Her primary focus of study was on children with disabilities and supporting their families. Melissa always had a passion for helping people, and she found that working with children with autism was the rewarding challenge that she had been searching for. As a result, she has extensive experience working with children with autism, and also has experience with other conditions, such as ODD, CD, OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and social challenges. Melissa enjoys working with children and their families because she loves being able to provide the support they need and make an impact in their development in order to promote their success now and in the future.
