Rachel joined the Sandbox team of professionals in October 2019 and currently offers services such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Rachel’s background includes experience with young adults, adolescents and children in a variety of settings for the last two decades. She also has experience with high-risk youth, the homeless population and those subjected to domestic violence. Rachel specializes in working alongside individuals with a history of trauma, anxiety or depression. She earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California (USC).
Rachel feels very passionate about mental health and strongly believes that a healthy outside starts from the inside. She enjoys spontaneous adventures in nature, soulful music, and all kinds of creative, handcrafted projects. Rachel believes that every person is beautiful in their own unique way and that tragedy strikes when we hide our eccentricities. Never lose your MUCHNESS!
