Rachel is a Licensed Independent Associate Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC). She joined the Sandbox team of professionals in October 2019 and currently offers services such as psychotherapy, clinical behavioral analysis therapy, and applied behavior analysis therapy. She has many years of experience working with young adults and children under the age of 18 in a variety of settings. She earned a master’s degree in social work at the University of Southern California (USC) and a bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
Rachel feels passionate regarding mental health and strongly believes that a healthy outside starts from the inside. She enjoys spontaneous adventures in nature, soulful music, and all kinds of creative, handcrafted projects. Rachel believes that every person is beautiful in their own unique way and that tragedy strikes when we try to hide our quirks. There are only two possible outcomes when comparing yourself to others and both have damaging consequences; you either judge them or put yourself down. That being said, never lose your MUCHNESS!
